AT&T Privacy Portal

For AT&T we had to create a portal for their clients to manage and view their personal information. AT&T was quickly adapting to new understandings of the US requirements for customer data, and We constantly were making sure we’d adjust our approach to make sure the user still got the best experience possible.

 

Simple Selections

We wanted to make it as easy as possible for the user to choose what type of request they are making. Not requests needed the same amount of data to be input by the user.

 

To handle all of the data input that we needed from the customer, we went with a stepped approach to make the experience less overwhelming. This helped to reassure the customer that they were heading in the right direction.
